Verified Renter Love the new renovations to the pool and grounds. A very quiet and safe place to live! Maintenance guys are the best! Office staff responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Neighbors are nice and friendly.

Verified Renter Things were not ready upon my move-in. I hope it improves. 1. Pros- Assigned carports for every unit, 3 pools, on-site gym, very conveniently located to Planet Fitness & 2 major supermarkets, 3 exits, quiet, when it's noisy, it makes sense because of the time of day or season. 2. Cons- Ima chill. Lol!!! I'll give 3: 1. BROWN CABINETS IN 2024 - dated interior for many of the units. 2. One entry (and it's at a broken gate). 3. Not many community events.

Verified Renter Property is nice. Could use quicker response time on maintenance requests. Spiders and wasps outside apartment doors tend to be an issue as well.

Verified Renter I will mention the rare things that contributed to Montoro a better living environment than most. Neighbors are mindful of paying attention to their own selves and not focused on anyone else's business. Being overly neighborly. Extremely safe. I live for the dog park and car wash. The car was has been so convenient beyond measure. The staff in the beginning are reasonable with accommodations when needed
