Verified Renter We love the community so far. The neighborhood/area is very nice, the staff is helpful and friendly. Only problem so far is that despite moving into a newly renovated apartment, we've had problems with many of the appliances (shower, washer, dryer, heater in one room). Still, maintenance has been quick to fix things and order new parts that we need.

LOVE LOVE Left because I have a large dog that deserved a backyard but other than that I would’ve stayed, they were always soooo fast on repairs & always helped me out with any situation the management & maintenance were so nice especially Amy in the office. I was obsessed with my 1 bd apartment mostly because it felt so spacious !!!
My favorite Place I've Ever Lived I lived at Tinsley Place for 2 years and it was a great experience. The location is absolute perfection and I truly felt at home. Maintenance was taken care of swiftly if issues came up but it was few and far between. The only complaint I can think of is that the pool was closed a lot during the summer which was frustrating and my bike was stolen from the complex and security footage was not available. Overall, I loved Tinsley Place and would live there again in a heartbeat.
