New Resident I just moved in and I love the space so much room to move around. I love the peace and quiet, the buildings are clean and the parking lot. There is no trash or animal waste. The staff was friendly and very helpful Gloria did an awesome job. The neighborhood is very shopper friendly.

Verified Renter I have found this is a great place to live. The best part about living here is its close proximity to town with lots of eating and shopping options. The staff and neighbors are great here and always willing to help. I have no complaints about living here it’s great.

Candice and her team makes this place a true home for me and my service dog My experience has been nothing but easy breezy. And believe me, I had obstacles thrown my way, but when I stayed calm and communicated with Candice and her staff, they helped out in every way possible. They are stuck with me for a very long time

Verified Renter The leasing agents and maintenance are great but we have neighbors who smoke weed and the smell comes into our apartment a lot. They’ve tried help seal off our apartment but it still comes in which is unfortunate. Location is great and the apartments are nice!

Verified Renter Ardent says it is a luxury apartment, but the building is pretty old. Though the cabinet, countertop is updated, the wall is painted, the floor is new, the quality of the cabinet is really bad and the size is weird so it's difficult to fit things in. Also, the doors, windows are super old, once I got my window lock during the cold weather, I couldn't close it and the maintenance comes 2 days after. My god!!.... New Resident I am new to Island Villas, and went ahead and signed my lease before moving to the Corpus Christi area simply because of the warm welcome, hard work, and effort that was given by the leasing agents and staff, Heather in particular . Heather made this process an easy transition and was able to provide me with all the information needed in determining, selecting and setting up my new home. Upon arrival The Island Villa Community was everything I was looking for and more. 10 10 Recommend
