Verified Renter If they could deal with their parking situation properly and stick to it, it would be better. Some leasing office people also need a bit more professionalism, but outside of that, the units are nice. Just watch out when they raise your rent.

Verified Renter My experience of the ardent apartments has been nice. Maintenance has been very prompt. Texting with the ardent is a very nice experience they are very prompt with returning your text. Parking was an issue at a time but now has improved. The amenities are very nice. Office staff is very nice very very polite. I would recommend the Ardently apartments to others.

My apartment has had a few maintenance issues so far, but in every instance, maintenance has fixed the issue within 24 hours. In one instance, there was a water leak traced to the unit above me. Moved in and new management Amazing management with excellent staff members mainly Heather who I worked with for my new Apartment, she has done an amazing job finding me the right apartment and also great service. I appreciate all her work for me and hope my stay remains excellent as I expect.
