Verified Renter Overall, it's been a great experience! Previous management had slacked off slowly and many residents saw the decline in care for the residents and the property. Elevator was out all the time, doors were unlocked often, trash around the complex, etc. It seemed like everything was a reaction to something that happened (i.e. elevator off all weekend because it broke down Friday afternoon for a missing part), instead of a prevention and checking of property. Verified Renter I’ve had a pretty good experience living here so far we moved in last September. All the neighbors and staff are pretty friendly from what I have experienced. One thing I enjoy about living here is the close proximity to Downtown and Town Center. This is a place where I would like to stay for awhile.
