LOVE LOVE Left because I have a large dog that deserved a backyard but other than that I would’ve stayed, they were always soooo fast on repairs & always helped me out with any situation the management & maintenance were so nice especially Amy in the office. I was obsessed with my 1 bd apartment mostly because it felt so spacious !!!
My favorite Place I've Ever Lived I lived at Tinsley Place for 2 years and it was a great experience. The location is absolute perfection and I truly felt at home. Maintenance was taken care of swiftly if issues came up but it was few and far between. The only complaint I can think of is that the pool was closed a lot during the summer which was frustrating and my bike was stolen from the complex and security footage was not available. Overall, I loved Tinsley Place and would live there again in a heartbeat.

Verified Renter If they could deal with their parking situation properly and stick to it, it would be better. Some leasing office people also need a bit more professionalism, but outside of that, the units are nice. Just watch out when they raise your rent.

Verified Renter My experience of the ardent apartments has been nice. Maintenance has been very prompt. Texting with the ardent is a very nice experience they are very prompt with returning your text. Parking was an issue at a time but now has improved. The amenities are very nice. Office staff is very nice very very polite. I would recommend the Ardently apartments to others.

Moved in and new management Amazing management with excellent staff members mainly Heather who I worked with for my new Apartment, she has done an amazing job finding me the right apartment and also great service. I appreciate all her work for me and hope my stay remains excellent as I expect.
