Verified Renter Very noisy neighbors and nothing is done about it otherwise a beautiful place to live. Close to shopping. Pharmacies. Freeway is close by. Dog park close by. Amenities are great.

Been here for 4 years I like where I live. It’s quiet, they keep the grounds very well kept, and it’s always clean. When there has been any issues with my unit they have gotten it taken care of it quickly. The only bad thing is is that there’s a lot of homeless people who live nearby and have wondered into the apartment complex and will try and take things from patios. Also we’ve had issues with car break ins, thefts and things like that but I don’t fault the complex for that it’s more just the fact that bad people are every... read more
Verified Renter There’s lots of flooded areas when it rains,not a lot of drainage which means if you have a dog they will likely be covered in mud when you take them for a walk. There’s also trash everywhere, not sure if it’s residents that leave their trash everywhere or if the garbage pick up is lacking. The dog park is never really cleaned so it constantly smells like pee. Peace of mind I have zero complaints living here. Maintenance is always efficient and available. Front staff always communicates everything perfectly. The walkways and roads are always clean and the landscaping is on point all year round. This community is very quiet and peaceful.

Verified Renter I have been living at this apartment complex for four years now. We initially moved into a older unit, but have now upgraded to the remodel unit. It is so homey the location is perfect and the Leasing Office staff is very helpful. Have not had much issues here.
