Verified Renter This place so far has been great! Very responsive on maintenance requests. It’s clean and tidy. My only minor issue is the club house isn’t open 24hr. It’s only open during the times when most people are at work, 10am-6pm i think. It would be more useful if we had access to it past those times. The gym needs a revamp but definitely usable. The location is convenient, especially for UNT students, since it’s close to the Discovery Park campus and there’s a shuttle that makes commuting easier.
