Verified Renter I have been here at Oak Forest for 7 years and for the most part have enjoyed every year of staying here. The only downside to that is that over the years the rent has went up and other added expenses such as a $54/month trash disposal with add ins totaling another $100 .This past 2 lease renewals I wanted to upgrade to a 2 bedroom and was told by then leasing agents that I could do so once at the rate of $1306 and $1318 respectively but as my lease neared my messages to the office were left unanswered. Verified Renter I am moving into Building 7 and noticed that the outside walkways seem to stay pretty clear of webs and dead bugs; and that leaves and grass are not blown into the walkways or on my patio when yard maintenance is done.

Verified Renter In the beginning, we looked at the property 2 times. The agents were great. On the day we were going to get the application finished, the unit we chose was already leased just 1 business day later. The agent that worked with me on that was incredible. It was because after the unit we decided on wasn't available. I had to change my mind and pick another one. He worked so hard.
