The community is dynamic for individuals looking for a quiet environment for studies or the right touch of City living which it accomplishes by location (Katy, I-10, Westheimer, etc). Verified Renter The neighborhood is very nice and cozy, neighbors are relatively quiet but can’t speak for other residence. The property is on culebra that is the only true downside is dealing with traffic day in and day out especially when school is in. So far still enjoying my stay.
