Verified Renter Overall a good experience, getting a hold of someone in the office to try to get information or communicate can be difficult at times. I think they are often busy giving tours, so if the office could hire some additional help I think the complex could really benefit from that.
Verified Renter It's a very safe and very beautiful outfit. Its pools are always clean, the attention of the staff is very pleasant and the maintenance services are always attended as soon as possible. I've been here for two years and I'm not going to leave this place. I totally recommend it.

4 star If you pay your bills this is a nice place to stay they have flex so it’s no reason to have issues with the office..I stayed here a year in only leaving because I’m over the galleria area but I would of stayed I’ve had no issues trash is picked up every day every one is nice the pool is always turned up in a good way of the apartment building blending but do believe the other reviews pay your bills and you will live peacefully here oooh oh and my car has never been broken in if the gate breaks it’s only down for a day... read more

Verified Renter We have been here 3yrs at this apartment complex. I love the location, it is pretty close to everything you need. Since we have been here we have not had any problems with anyone. It’s quiet and people around are friendly and tend to watch out for each other. I really enjoy it here.
Verified Renter I’ve lived at Sierra at Fall Creek for a little over four years. The management office team is wonderful. They are friendly and resolve issues quickly. The maintenance team is great — they are friendly, respectful of the property, and fix any issues you have. The apartments are spacious and gorgeous. The community is quiet yet friendly. Sierra at Fall Creek is a great place to call home.
