Best apartment? As someone who has lived many of places this is by far the best place I’ve lived since I’ve been on my own the staff takes care of every thing you need. Very affordable, clean, and well kept grounds. Look no further this is your humble abode.

It is a nice community but... Driving up to the complex is beautiful, the pool and amenities are great, and inside the individual apartments are nice. However, the parking is awful unless you want to pay $35 a month for a covered spot and be put on a wait list until a spot opens. Then if you get a really good spot, and someone is feeling lazy, you will pull up to someone parked in your spot for a few minutes while they "run into their apartment for a minute". If you have a pet, they will require "DNA Sampling" for PooPrints ... read more
Best Property I’ve lived on this property about 3 years and I’ve never had an issue with office or maintenance staff! Everyone is friendly and ready to help. All maintenance request (if any) are handled and completed in a very timely manner!! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.. it’s quite, reasonable and near a major freeway to commute...

Verified Renter GreenTreePlace is an old but pleasant sometimes gated rental community that charges rental rates like it is newer and more updated and always gated. The maintenance crew that changes often, tries to keep up with the ever popping up repairs. Management is probably overtaxed by numerous problems that they have few solutions for. I dont want to leave as I like my location but maybe priced out by next rate height.

Amazing location We love living here. The apartment is beautiful and we really like the granite counters. There are really nice outdoor kitchens and areas to hang out. The best thing is the location though. We can walk to just about anything we need, especially all the cool downtown restaurants. There is even a winery and bistro right across the street and of course Torchy's Tacos YUM!!!. The ladies in the office are always nice and helpful. We would highly recommend these apartments.
