Good place to be I relocated from CA and wanted an affordable place in a good ,safe and diverse neighborhood. I have been impressed with Sarah because she is efficient and remembers the residents! To me this is a large complex and the few times I go into the office she remembers my unit number and name. I didn't expect that but it makes it that much nicer to live here. Wonderful experience My experience at Green Tree Place has been super positive since the very beginning. Great staff! I very much enjoy the current staff at this apartment complex. They are so friendly, so helpful and professional. I usually get to interact with Sarah whenever I go to the management office after work and she is lovely! She'll brighten your day.

We love it! Green Tree Place is the best! We love living here. There’s great views of trees and the lake. The apartments are spacious and clean. The neighbors are friendly and wave at us in the morning. The community events are a blast. And the office staff is awesome and down to earth. We love Sarah in the office! She makes sure we always pick up our package with a smile.
