The Fairways staff... (Verified Renter) The Fairways staff has continuously exceeded my expectations. The apartments are a little older but I?ve never lived at an apartment where management genuinely cares about their residents. They go out of their way to make sure you?re comfortable. If I ever have a problem it is fixed the next day and sometimes even with a follow up email. The residents are quiet and the grounds are also very well kept despite dogs on property.
Love my Apt!! I moved into the complex August 2018. I changed my mind on which apartment I wanted about 2 or 3 times before actually moving in. The office staff was always so friendly and accommodating. Atwal was especially nice. She is always smiling and very willing to help. The maintenance team is good too. I don’t have any complaints regarding my actual apartment. It is nice and cozy and most of all I feel very safe. If I had anything to say it would be regarding my neighbors who live above me. There are still... (Verified Renter) There are still a few minor things needing attention but I sincerely appreciate the promptness of all my many requests. This place is finally starting to feel like home and I am very thankful to you three ladies in the leasing office. The maintenance person that worked on the track lights, said h'd come replace the bulbs in the can lights because they are not the right wattage. Current Resident We have been at Green Tree Place for going on three years. I have to say that the newest team of management has really improved the living atmosphere within the complex. They are friendly and respond to emails or phone calls within 24 hours if not sooner. Maintenance also responds in about the same time frame and the property is landscaped every week which is nice. The apartments are nice and spacious with lots of storage and it’s a quiet community. I would recommend to a friend :)

Funniest Tour ever Viewed an apartment in santa teresa ferrance all staff was very welcoming apartments are extremely nice however the location is a bit to farfron everything other than that i would have definetly lease there thank you María for your funny hollywood four and for the great ocean view the great ocean view you have a great sence of humor.

Best Apartments in Euless! I love this community because it is close to shopping, work, freeways and easy access to all areas of the metroplex. My apartment is quiet, the management is very friendly and helpful, maintenance is excellent; they've come every time I have had a request and resolved it within 24 hours. I love my floorplan and the updated appliances, countertops and plan on staying here for some time, its a great place!
Great place to live I just moved in about 5 months ago and I love my apartment. The office staff is amazing, maintenance is fast and trustworthy. I would recommend The Retreat Apartments to all my family and friends.
