All hail Don! There is a roach problem however, Ladon (Maintenance staff) does make it easier to want to stay here. Anytime any tenant needs help, he’s always there. Never complains, great guy! Not sure what the issue is with pest. The pest control companies were changed. For sure, the last company wasn’t doing anything. The new guys are in the apartments longer and provide education. GREAT COMMUNITY Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The manager certainly holds a high standard for this property and keeps it there; Rochelle is always receptive and responsive. Its always a good experience when interacting with the office. The property and units are well maintained. I would recommend this property to anyone relocating to this area!!

Maintenance The response is very quick.They fix in a rapid,responsible,accurate way. Alex is always pain attention,friendly and is bilingual, so he can understand residents better.

Best management in Jacksonville The property manager, Rochelle is always a pleasure to interact with. No matter what sort of problem I am having she does her absolute best to rectify the situation. The apartments I have been in are well maintained.

Great place to live Whether you're a family or single, this community has something for everyone. I signed the lease site unseen and was a bit worried about what I was getting into. The staff, the residents, maintenance are all great. The prices are great, apartments are clean, residents are quiet and respectful, and there is no pest problem. If I didn't have to move out of the area, I would choose to stay here.
