Verified Renter The staff and neighbors have been welcoming ever since we moved in. The location is great, close to the things we need but still tucked away in a quiet place where we enjoy the scenery of the community and the amenities it has to offer. Maintenance is the best, completing requests in a timely manner. We could not be happier here and look forward to renewing our lease next year!

Verified Renter So proud of my amazing apartment: it is spacious, beautifully appointed with Iop-of-the-line appliances; love the wide windows affording lots natural light, easy clean floors, carpet in bedrooms only--perfect, and bathrooms are so very well situated. I could not ask for more! Thank you so much for having me. Staff at office and maintenance have been consistently kind and helpful. In short, I am a happy camper!!!!

Verified Renter Since TAM Residential bought Towne West 3 years ago, so much was so bad with management that I never thought I’d write a positive review. In recent months, the situation has changed for the better. Management now works with residents who work with them. Maintenance is prompt and professional.
