Verified Renter So far this is one of the best apartment communities I have lived in. It is updated and very well maintained. The staff is quick with responses and helpful. I live on the third floor which takes some getting used to because you can hear the wind and whatnot. I would highly recommend

Verified Renter Everyone is super nice and transparent about everything going on with the apartments and community. I love that they have events to attend to bring everyone in the complex together and create an environment that feels same and home like.
Verified Renter As nice as this place is we have had some big issues in the couple months living here. Big one car was broken into in our first month. Most of gym equipment is not working and the pool is always closed it seems. Packages are missing in Luxor also. Lots of dog poop everywhere. Office staff is friendly and courteous.
Verified Renter Maintenance is very fast to take care of problems that I have in my unit. Love the area. Very nice people in the front office. Noise level is okay, not too many complaints. I do have some issue with the limited grills, especially since it’s summer time, but I’m happy it’s very easy to use. Pool area and clubhouse is great to have when throwing a get together.

Verified Renter I'm about to move to this place soon and when I went to the office for information, Jonathan was the kindest and most polite person to assist me and answered all my questions. He was patient with me. The place looks quiet. I haven't been able to see the apartment yet, for some reason. I hope it's a quiet and comfortable place to live. Jonathan, I hope you continue serving people as you have done with such a good attitude and kindness.
