Verified Renter I like my apartment, but my neighbors are loud. The staff is friendly and helpful, for the most part. The maintenance staff is pretty much always on top of things and are always around.

Verified Renter From the time that we toured, signed the lease, and moved in it was a timeline of about 4 days. We had Joy help us out with everything and she couldn't have made the process easier! She would tell us exactly what documents we needed by when and she kept us updated on everything leaving no detail untouched. So far everything has been great and everyone has been nice!

Verified Renter So far, living at The Latitude has been a great experience. The amenities are top-notch, the staff is friendly, and the overall atmosphere truly feels like luxury living. The only drawback has been communication after move-in, which can be a bit slow at times. I was also disappointed to learn that the pool is currently closed with no timeline for reopening, even though year-round access was advertised during the application process.
