Verified Renter Great community and location very easy access to highways and near by stores and parks. Friendly staff and maintenance is quick for any repairs. I just disagree on gym hours are open only during business hours and not after. We are also paying a Valet Trash fee which I can throw away my own trash and not be charged a fee.

Verified Renter I’d like to tell about the advantages of this place. There is the perfect neighborhood, so quiet and welcoming. The leasing office and maintenance are very responsive and helpful. Just imagine. I wrote that it would be great to have a step platform at the fitness room. And it appeared there. And of course it’s a great place to live with a dog.
