Verified Renter Overall pretty good community the unit itself needs. Little work but nothing major. I had a few Cobb webs and dust when I moved in and cabinets aren’t very good quality, the vinyl coving on them are warped but there unit comes with smart outlets, stainless steel appliances, hug garden tub and shower with bench, lots of storage, washer and dryer, big closets, and huge windows for plenty of natural light.

Verified Renter I love my apartment. For me, it is in the perfect location that has less traffic than most of the Southside of town so it makes my commute easy. Management is responsive. I had an issue with my AC and maintenance fixed it within 24 hours. The people here are friendly. I highly recommend.
