Verified Renter Overall a smooth and easy process moving in. Everyone in the office is super respectful and attentive to their work. The apartment it self it great small damages here and there but to be expected from something built in the 60-70’s. Had a small issue with water heater needing to be flushed but was taken care of almost instantly. Same day just a little bit later.

Verified Renter So far it has been a very good experience. Swimming pool is a plus. Neighbors seem friendly. Easy to get to HEB and the movie theater. The dog park is an awesome bonus.
