Verified Renter I love this neighborhood. The location is awesome. The maintenance team is the best especially Pavel. Leasing office team was very helpful before the company changes. For today it is very difficult to get a quick and qualified answer to any question, there are problems with payment. So it is stressful for us.

Verified Renter So far it’s the best. I love the amenities and how quiet it is out here. Outside it always clean and well kept. Maintenance is great . Love it here it turned out waaaay better than we even expected for our first apartment.

Verified Renter Management is one of the only reasons why I have stayed here. Any problem I have faced management has always payed attention to it and come to some sort of resolution you don’t get that in my apt complex. Safe areas and pretty well maintained

Verified Renter The start was kind of rough because my apartment A/C was not working. However, they were quick with fixing it. After a few days my car got towed because the parking app was not working for me. I talked to them about it and they handled it. After that, i haven’t have any other inconvenience. However, i have to say maintenance requests take a long time. I’ve been waiting for them to fix several stuff for over a month now.
