Verified Renter Overall, pretty good place. The community room never has coffee or cups like they used to, and the gate still doesn’t work. But, aside from that, it isn’t a bad place besides a few people at leasing who have an attitude issue for no reason.

Verified Renter It's been ok I was kind of surprised with paying for water, maintenance, sewer and so many other fees, but the place is clean, and it's a very nice place to live around, it's still not understanding way I'm paying for extra things but I should have looked more closely at the contract, it's ok I like living here

Verified Renter The few times I've needed maintenance, it was quick response time, work done correctly and quickly, and all the associates are very nice. See them periodically in the parking lot on their carts, and always a smile and a friendly wave from them all.
