Everything was 100% good from the initial contacts to check details of the parts I wanted and whether they were suiitable for my car, through then booking a fitting appointment, and finally completing the fitting of the detachable towball. Left the van the afternoon before the inspection day which was very convenient. A fully comprehensive report was created. Staff very friendly and informative. Based on the report I managed to put right some of the pick up points myself.
