Helpful and understandble advice.
Very professional and thorough approach when showing us around our new van and very careful examination of our part exchange [if I was looking for a used van I would definitely come here] The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Overall a great experience . Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used caravan

Did not have what I wanted in store but the team looked up online and ordered the item good job.
Great service as always Catherine, Matt, Victoria, James always very helpful and knowledgeable always ready to help.
The service was undertaken ok, however the fault we reported we had to return a further two times to get fixed. The caravan wasn't handed back ready for transportation which could have caused internal damage on the journey home. I emailed with my concerns but my email has not been responded to. The caravan is always dirty when collected.
Poor customer service. Inflexible. Found better service elsewhere
