Good hand over of new caravan. Matt was very thorough and went through everything on the new caravan with us. The only down side was that the gas bottles and battery had not been put into the new van before hand, especially as we had brought our old van down from Tiverton a week earlier with this in mind.
Very helpful and got my van repaired under warranty even though I thought it would be not possible. Thank you for a great service.

Caravan service went very well with a couple of warranty issues done without any fuss.
Very efficient. Tow bar ordered and fitted. Only problem is that because it took five hours I had nothing to do. Would have been good if transport could have been arranged to take me home or to a cafe while the fitting took place.
