I'm so happy with my decision to send Sadie to Protrain Memphis! It' obvious that Bryan and Kira are doing what they love, it shows in their training! It's a hard decision to send a pet to a training facility, but Protrain is top notch and they take extremely good care of these dogs both physically and mentally. My dog is a bit timid and anxious at times but since coming home from Protrain she has been a completely different dog! She has decided that meeting new people and exploring new places is fun! Taking advantage of the elderly is pretty low. Give that lady her full refund.
This company has no morals whatsoever. They took advantage of my mother in law, who recently lost her husband, by pitching an overpriced training package for 1600$ she bit on it before talking to the family and put 500$ down on it. Less than 24 hours later she tells them that she wants to cancel and they refuse to give her money back and say her dog is no longer welcome there. If they can treat a real live elderly woman this way, imagine how they will treat your pets. 👎🏼

Taking money from elderly woman is WRONG! Trying to charge her over $1600 and taking $500 then when she realized thats stupid amount and cancels you keep her money! SCAMMER!
