Absolutely the worst. They just take your money
We boarded our dog and he come home with kennel cough.

I know that the trip you took was short notice and were able to accommodate Neyland at our facility. As I told you on the phone, kennel cough or canine cough, or whatever generic, lump term that a variety of illnesses with coughing symptoms get lumped into is completely impossible to 100% prevent. its a long story. i just wouldnt recommend them.
Back in November I was dissatisfied with the care my puppy received at daycare (her first visit around other dogs) and wrote a review after the " manager" come to find out later from Bryan was not the manager, refused a refund. Bryan quickly called after I wrote the review a month later, and offered to compensate me through a refund or training. A dog that was just "trained" from here recently attacked my dog at a doggie day care. Bites that resulted in staples above the eye and throat. Kill bites, in my opinion. We've been at the same doggie day care for 11 years, never an issue. My dog is an 12 year old senior, and did not instigate.
