Tammy was very helpful in explaining how things work and what different numbers are. We were first time homebuyers and didn’t know what all was involved. We did have some specifics that we wanted our loan to look like and she was very good about making sure we were able to get that. We were wanting to go with the Dave Ramsey recommended 15 year fixed rate and she did not try to push anything else.

Tammy was very easy to get a hold of. When I had questions she was able to answer them quickly. I was in a different state that Tammy and she was still able to get paperwork to me quickly. I couldn’t be more impressed with Tammy’s customer service and dedication. I remember Tammy called me on a Sunday because she was working on our mortgage for the next week. I felt so appreciated that she would work that hard for me on a weekend.
