What made this experience great, was the level of care, compassion and support that I received. I wasn't treated as if I were another client being added to the list, the experience was personal. If I had a question, even if it seems silly I received a rapid response along with a thural explanation. The idea of me becoming a homeowner seemed unthinkable and out of reach.
