I feel like when you work in a business that deals with people on a daily basis you need to be personable and I can say that is what they need to work on as a business. It just seemed like I was another transaction for them. The overall service was just ok but when dealing with people who are bringing you business the service should be better than what I received.

It would've been nice to meet Tammy prior to closing. I also think there is a lot of information coming from multiple people and no one is explaining what the papers are that you are receiving electronically. A bit more hand holding for first time home buyers would be nice because it is foreign territory, this would eliminate doubt and feelings of being overwhelmed. I do feel Tammy did definitely help the process and absolutely helped me obtain a home. I will forever appreciate her for thi.
