I traveled with my family, 2000 miles to purchase our dream home. The night before closing tammy told me that if i didn't double my down payment, I couldn't make the purchase! This is information that would have been handy before we made the trip! I was never told the time of closing, (so I sat in my car for 5 hours, with my wife and kids,) come to find out, all other parties were waiting for Tammy to do her part. Worst purchase experience ever! She just gave excuses...
