Moldy I came home from work one day to find a mushroom had sprouted from the wall. The bathroom cabinet also had black mold growing in the woodwork.
STAY AWAY! MAINTENANCE IS TERRIBLE, LEASING OFFICE TERRIBLE NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, OUTDATED KITCHEN, KITCHEN LIGHTS TAKE FOREVER TO COME ON, TOILET LEAKING, CAN HEAR THE NIEGHBORS AND CARS ON THE HIGHWAY!! AND YET THEY CONTINUE TO RAISE RENT!! WORD OF ADVICE STAY AWAY!!
I lived there for over a year and regret ever moving there. I had trouble with terrible maintenance, invasion of privacy, trouble with neighbors, and most of all. accusations forcing me to abruptly move in 10 days due to slander and defimation of character. taravue apartments are a terrible place to live . your character and credibility will be at risk if they have a problem with you.
Worst Experience The staff rarely answers the phone, my first apartment here was crawling with roaches, a maintenance man used a key and tried walking right into my apartment after waiting only 4 seconds after knocking (I was home!) and the manager Jennifer has absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. At move out I was charged for random fees that I had never heard of and it took several calls and emails to even get an itemized receipt of these fees. Do not move here.
Horrific and traumatizing experience at Taravue. I wish I could give less than one star. My time here has been horrific. In August, I was sexually assaulted in my home. I filed a police report and went to the hospital. When I came to the leasing office with police report in hand to explain why I wanted to terminate my lease, I was told I would need to pay 2 months rent as a termination fee, along with giving 2 months notice, because "crime has no address," and was handed an expired can of Mace. Apartments listed are never available The apartments listed here and on other sites as available are actually not. If you call or go in to the office, they will tell you they have a waitlist years long and blame the inaccuracies online on their corporate office.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM Horrible place !!! People are not friendly at al!
Concered applicant This place is Wayyyy the heck too expensive for what you get! PLUS!! You have to have a pretty significant income requirement to get in - which management does not inform you of when you look at the apartments with management and obtain a lease app.?!!
