Ms. Shirley Taylot The apartment managers are pretty nice. They listen to you and try t know if you late with rent immediately. I am asking on renewal for an apartment that is not a basement apartment. It gets very cold and the heating bills show it. It does have a workout room and swimming pool. It is located close to the highway and bus line. I wish it had covered parking areas. Rent is comparable to other apartments in the area. I am looking around to see if I can get a better apartment. Lovely Convenient to almost everything. Highway 270 and 55 are 2 minutes away. Lovely furnished apartments Great neighborhood overall. By all means, I recommend everyone to move in.
taravue park apartments Taravue park is great. The rent is cheap & the staff is lovely although the maintenence men are kinda slow at getting things I still give them a five start because when they arrive they do a fantastic job. I LOVE THIS PLACE !
Relaxing by the pool Taravue is a nice place to move into if you are not over looking the government housing. Make sure you pick an apartment and you see it before paying or signing a lease. Staff is nice. I did not get to see my apartment till the day i moved in. They showed me a different one. They were working in mine. So be careful when renting from here!!! If you get building 3919 taravue lane or a building on taravue or around the office then it is quiet and no problems.
Good For What You Get This building complex is a perfect place for someone who wishes to not only be close to the city life but will also enjoys the feel of a quiet neighborhood. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The complex has some great amenities like a fantastic pool and top fitness center. Taravue also has spacious courtyards and tennis courts. Verified Renter Not a luxury apartment especially not for this price . Mold , a/c , privacy , pricing , utilities and amenities just doesn’t fit the description at all . I don’t feel like taravue park is an apartment if give a 3 or above star .
Verified Renter It’s okay but the dogs bark most days early morning and some don’t pick up after their dogs either. The apartments are outdated and need a upgrade
Apartments Not Worth What They Charge Nice place to live. Buildings and apartments could definitely use some major work. Outside of back buildings the stucco is falling off in many places. There is exposed wood, concrete blocks, and insulation. I don't know about other apartments but I have cold air come in thru the exterior walls between where the carpet and wall meet. Wow just wow So im apartment hunting, i came across this property called them. They said nothing is available till august or September..ok no biggie. I make a call to schedule an appointment to check it out. Oh i cant help you ill foreward your info to someone else. When i ask if they're are any deals going on she hangs up the phone.
