Verified Renter I’ve lived here a long time, and it’s been good overall. Maintenance usually fixes everything in a timely manner and are always kind and courteous.
Verified Renter Everyone that works here is super nice. Pool is awesome. Apartment is very spacious. I love that the offie emails me and tells me whats going on in the community.

Nice community and affordable So far so good ….it’s quiet….there has been a few things that has needed fixing but after a work order things get taken care of pretty quickly and staff is nice
Good job My experience has been amazing. This is my second year and the leasing office is amazing. If any issue arise they are quick to get it solved.
Overall Nice Apartments Quiet at night. Various neighbors. You can’t control how tenants act so some variation is expected. Maintenance are responsive. Helpful management staff. Amenity upkeep is not the greatest. Moldy outdoor club house furniture due to rain. No major issues. Overall nice community.
Moved in 06/2021 I love living here, my neighbors are all friendly and so it the maintenance team. I had some issues with the office staff that has been resolved. I don't like the parking and think the laundry facilities could be updated. I also wish I had updated appliances. Other than that the noise levels are low the walls are not hollow and their isn't much commotion outside of the summer when the pool is closed. The grounds are clean and I don't frequent the club house but it is open during leasing hours.
Its decent. I like living here the maintenance crew is awesome, but what I do not like is that my room is right by the kids basketball court and it gets very annoying when you work overnight and come home in the morning to sleep. The other reason why I say its decent because you have tenants that doesn't control their dogs from barking all day and night. I myself talked to the leasing manager on several occasions and they haven't done anything about it, so that's annoying. I'm to the point where I'm just ready to move somewh... read more
Love living here I’ve been here a few months and love that all of the staff is friendly. My family feels very safe and comfortable living at Taravue! The location is perfect, the apartments are great, and the community is friendly. I? love that the staff gets the neighbors together for summer cookouts, Halloween decorating contest, and they even let you dogs have fun with the end of summer doggie swimming party! Thanks for all you do Taravue!
