I cant log in because it isnt recognizing my email. So frustrating!!
Same issue as some other people. Asks for an email id, not a username. Either way, nothing works. I tried both. It tells me user does not exist when i put in my email address. If i try my username, it says that it isnt an email. I have no problem logging in via a web browser, so obviously my account is working.
Doesn't recognize my email for log in. Tried my 12 digits TASC ID, but it said invalid email as expected. I logged in at website to confirm my email and it's correct. Tried to create account via app, but didn't recognize me email either.
How come it doesn't recognize my email address? I used 12 digits online. But it asks for email address to sign in.
