app sucks, every time you open, all you get is sorry app has shut down.
Awful App not able to toggle between app and message to get security code goes back to the beginning more than half the time. Not user friendly.
same issue woth app that everyone else has had. I can not log in! I have updated everything, called several times and no ine is able to help me! This is sooooo frustrating!!!!!
It's a piece of junk. Downloaded app signed in got authentication code several times each time a message comes up Tasc has Stopped!!! Would have been 0 stars if it would have let me post w/o clicking on at least 1 star!
Junk...of the hundreds of apps I've used, this is probably the most worthless. You won't allow us to use the email address for TASC and tell us to get a Universal Benefit Account? Guess what, I can't get my email to work for that either. Your customers aren't supposed to jump though hoops to get the application to work, you're supposed to jump through hoops to make it easy. Figure it out guys.
Cannot access my account. unable to log in. I enter email and password, but then it requires me to enter verification code that was text to me. after retrieving the code and return to the app, it reverts to the logon screen. Poorly developed login proccess.
Useless! Cannot sign in with existing information. ID and password word I use on the website fail. Calling is of no value. they don't answer the phone. Not much of a "benefit..."
The app crashes everytime I try and open it. I've tried my password and finger print. Each time, it starts to open, then crashes.
I cant log in because it isnt recognizing my email. So frustrating!!
