ummm, so I downloaded the app. log in send me a text to verify myself. open the text, go back to app. they make me log in again. they send me a new text, the first verification code is now invalid. so I go to my text and get the new code. now I have to start over. so i never logged in. 8/25...Got the message that this was updated. Went to try again same thing happened. Still never logged in.
This app doesnt work.. I was told by the company that the app should be working right now.. this is a waste of any time and energy.. FIX IT!!!!
Doesnt work. The app says there is a problem and to call for help. Seriously this app hasn't worked since I downloaded it.
Still doesn't fix the issue of me retrieving the text BD getting back to the app to enter it...
Tip: Go into profile after logging in to enable fingerprint unlock and avoid the default, infuriating login behavior. Needs more permissions than the old app for basic function -- possibly because the photo picker was reimplemented rather than using the standard Android method?
App is awful. Makes no sense that I had to download another TASC app mid year. When trying to sign in, after entering the password, the app requires you enter a code that is sent via text. Apparently the TASC app doesnt recognize that you are switching over to get the code so the page closes making you re-enter the password. Did this several times (5 codes received) so I gave up. My employer really should have done their homework before signing up with this company. Nothing but problems
when you forget your password and it texts you and you come back to the main screen it doesn't let you put in the password that was sent to you
Incomplete app. Renders requests as pending indefinitely without notification. Customer service is unable to provide explanations. Operators can't read pictures of receipts that are visible on a phone. Operators are unable to identify providers over several payments.
App hardly works. Constantly says experiencing problems.
