I feel the company overcharged for the size of the lot. The lot was overgrown but should have cost half the price. Will not use again.
I spent a lot of time on the phone and then waited a week .
The website said the service would be scheduled for within 3 business days of booking, but was scheduled for more than a week out. I emailed customer service to try to reschedule but never got a reply.
The contractor they hired did 1/2 the job and never came back despite rescheduling 3 or 4 times. TaskEasy was TaskImpossible, their customer service was horrible and it was extremely difficult to get a return call or message. I will not hire them again and would never recommend them to anyone.

First appointment they missed and then when I tried to cancel services they sent someone out and cut my grass after I sent written notice that I did not want their service. This matter has yet to be resolved. I’ve gotten calls from several staff and they keep telling me that the last person no longer works there. Today I got an email saying someone is coming out to cut my grass. THEY BETTER NOT!

Not clear on their packages. Was supposed to cut grass on a Wednesday, but did not show up. Came thursday, but did not cut down weeds near grass. I was told that this was a different package. I would have to pay more money to get weeds cut down. Also, Louis said I would get a $10 discount on the first service, but was charged regular price. I cancelled the service after the first visit and wanted to make sure my credit card information was deleted.

I was very specific of my needs and with the description of my property. My grass was not cut. They trimmed some weeds in the back but left some too. Task Easy was supposed to let the contractor in to get a bid for bushes to be pulled as well and that never happened. I declined payment on the project and immediately received a call from task easy asking why I declined and they said the contractor did the work and still needed to be paid! I have had a bad experience with this assigned contractor who came to work without a working mower and trimmer. I've provided my own tools. Bad quality of job and missing spots. Hope next contractor will be better.
