Absolutely terrible
There is no such thing as customer service. Contractors do not think it necessary to contact the homeowners. Contractors either do not read the directions passed through by TaskEasy or do not get the directions. If the contractors damage your property or break a window you HAVE A MYSTERIOUSLY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME TO MAKE A CLAIM and -even if you send them the pictures they ask for THEY WILL SAY THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THEM. I ordered the premium package & found out that does not include removing leaves & magnolia cobs as well as their leaves off of your lawn. Does not include removing palm dates after falling to the ground, which means if you have a fruit tree, the fallen fruit will stay on the ground. Broken branches & twigs stay on the ground as well. They told me this is called a fall clean up.
They hire the worst contractors. They don't care about their job. They do a poor job.

My credit card was charged, no service given and no explanation or communication. Called 3 times to see if the commitment would be honored and to this day, no response.

We had to reschedule at least 3 times before someone came out.
Scheduling was great, an appointment was made immediately and the contractor arrived on the day scheduled. After that problems started. The contractor mowed my lawn while raining and I had piles of wet grass left on my lawn. When the grass dried I had a big mess. The dead grass also killed areas of my lawn. I contacted customer service, forward photos and they rectified that problem by sending someone out to recut my lawn. I was willing to give them another chance. Contacted on a Wednesday and service was promised by Friday. 8:00 pm received an email that it wasn't done. That they would reschedule and email me a new time. Never received an email, so I called the following Tuesday and talked to call center. I was assured that it would be taken care of. Didn't hear anything Wednesday like I was told so I called back late in the evening and brought my concerns.
