Would not use again. They kept changing the appointments even though I had a fix schedule.

They damaged my property by mowing over the storm drain cap and then charged my credit card with a higher than agreed upon rate (despite the fact that a claim was open for the damage). Now, I have two issues to work out with them and I have cancelled future service with this company.

They hired a sub contractor to do the services and he never showed. They have changed the services twice, On my second lawn company.

The work that was done was great but they did not finish the job as discussed. The company surveyed the project by satellite and gave us a price for the whole job. They never completed their task as promised. The back yard was not cut. Their promises to return have never happened as of yet. Hedges and bushes were not trimmed.

Horrendous quality of work from the contractor. First 2 cuts half done at best. Requested redo but it was never done. No call no show for the next 2 scheduled appointments. Emailed TaskEasy numerous times with no response. Total waste of time.

The scheduling was horrible. A lot of flaws with customer service. The lawn company was excellent in quality but customer service was bad. The phone service is not the route to take if you want to contact TaskEasy. The only way I was able to reach someone to complain that my lawn was cut two days in a roll and that I was charged twice. It took two weeks to reach someone who did something about it. Then without my authorization my bi-weekly schedule was switched to an alternately bi-weekly. It didn't sit well with me. TaskEasy is a total scam. They sound so professional over the phone, however, their actions to get the job done is garbage. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. What a complete waste of my time.

Unfortunately, I've experienced ongoing issues since I hired the company. You can never get through. They are always extremely busy and you have to leave a message to get a call back. Charles Bates informed me that tree trimming, mulching, and gutter cleaning were included in Spring cleaning but along with several other services. He also scheduled the first mow for the incorrect day and suggested for me to wait before getting the Spring cleaning after the first mow.
