So far things are going okay. I'm still a bit confused as to how this works however Tax Rise has done what they said they would do so far. Yes it's a bit pricey however if the the program (s) does in fact work. I won't know until we reach that. So I can't speak on whether or not it holds true to what is advertised. They have definitely helped us so far. The three star rating is only because we haven't gotten past this first stage in the process.

i spoke to ******* yesterday, he was very helpful with my questions took care of explaining to me what has happening with the irs as i received 2 letters for years 2019 and 2020. i asked to email copies of my taxes i had not even finish talking to him and was already sending copies of my taxes. he when into my account and right away he was able to see and send me what i needed. great job!!
