She was patient and kind; she made me feel like she really cared and was there to help me. She knew that as a recent widow it was a fearful and scary time in my life. I worked with another tax relief company who after 2yrs, and paying their fee told me they could not help me by that time my IRS **** was $25,000.00 We are not done with my case and I understand it is a long process. I worked with several of the agents at Taxrise even when I felt Taxrise was not working!!
