The Taylor Flooring team just completed a condo-wide tear-out and install for us that went extremely well. The staff - from Skip through to the install team - were very professional and efficient. The floors look great! I would not hesitate to work with Taylor Flooring again in the future. Thank you for a job well done!

They installed flooring throughout our downstairs after a plumbing leak and so we decided to do an upstairs bathroom Reno with a custom shower. We purchased the flooring for the upstairs full bathroom Reno. We also had all new plumbing installed by another company who did excellent work without incident. The first issues came with the flooring in that the 3rd and final box was not the same color as the rest even though it was same name, color etc. Neither the store nor the Rep from the flooring company wanted to take respons... read more

my friends spent so much money on their floors and they are peeling and taylor flooring won't do anything about it... sad to spend money on something less than a year old and not have it fixed.
Taylor Flooring installed laminate in our brand new home. Carl Hilchey was the sale rep we dealt with. First I should start by saying the floor is very attractive to the eye and matches our home perfectly...however, it creeks and cracks all summer long during the humid months and there are gaps between some boards.
