My three friends have been treated despicably by Taylor Flooring. I really can't believe that a company cares so little about their customer service. Kathy McIntyre, Karen McIntyre, and Sue Brettell, spent the best part of 12 thousand dollars on laminated flooring throughout most of the house, because it was highly recommended by Taylor Flooring. Over the weekend I went for a visit to my friends parents house and was surprised to see hardwood floors chipped and peeling. I inquired if they had any major damage like flooding happen to their home and was told it was a manufacturer defect based on what the installer Taylor Flooring had installed. Full of great promises and guarantees until there is an issue and then, try and blame it on the customer. Our floor came recommended to suit the needs of our family and we were assured that we would be satisfied. Together with a 25 year warranty from the manufacturer, which turns out not to be worth the paper it is written on, we thought we had things pretty well covered.
