Saul was very helpful. I thought it was going to be a long drawn out process and that the advertisement sent in the mail was just a get me in the door ploy. After talking with Saul and describing my situation he was able to keep in line with the advertisement. The transaction took two days longer than expected, but that wasn't any fault on Saul, and as soon as closing happened the previous loan was paid off the same day and there weren't any delays on the final transaction. I worked with Saul on a refinance and could not have been happier with the experience. He was very knowledgeable and always responsive.
