I started off fairly cynical about calling up someone I found online to help with our refinancing (fall 2012), but by the end I referred a good friend and didn't give it a second thought. Saul did a great job for us on our refinance. We got a great rate and he was extremely responsive and helpful. We were a little nervous about using someone we found online (even with all the great reviews!) but everything was good. We would definitely recommend him to all our friends and relatives.
Closed our refinance in 3 weeks. Great responsiveness to all my questions. I would email a question and he would immediately call or email me back. We got a great rate and it was an easy refinance.
