refinance closed this week. Saul was wonderful to work with, easy going and no pressure which was a plus. The only regrets I had was with the appraiser (worst ever) but was informed it was the bank and not them. Would have liked to been better informed/timed to close at the end of the month instead of the middle in which you are hit with a daily interest only payment which adds up quickly. Other than that I felt I made a good choice to go with Saul. thanks again.

There are not enough words to express the quality of service Saul gives with each and every encounter. Not only is he amazingly quick to respond to all questions and requests, but he is very knowledgable about the market and was able to give me advice that greatly benefit me throughout the process. His fees and competitive rates are difficult to reproduce or beat by any other lender or broker I have contacted.
