I have tried several companies and realtors. Team Forss and Ryan Phillips are untouchable. They set the standard for ANY real estate transaction and they have put everyone else to shame in my book. If you go with anyone else, you are making a terrible, terrible mistake.

I tried this company and it was a mistake. I am not from the area. I would ask questions about certain areas and never given an answer. I wanted an email once a week and I get them daily. I browse their site looking at homes and their chat window won't stop bothering me or respect my requests to be left alone. This company is a joke!

I would definitely recommend Michelle Hawood. She's very professional and in short-just awesome to work with. Michelle was able to help us find a home quickly after the house we were in escrow on became tied up in a lawsuit with the previous owners.
