Hal Sweasey and Team did an outstanding job in facilitating the sale of our condo earlier this year. We were selling our condo "remotely" and Hal and his team provided excellent service with no disruption to our busy schedules. They made the right recommendations to prepare the property for sale, brought in service professionals, and got the job done! Hal is one of the best and most personable Realtors I know. He is professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of Real Estate. He helped me sell a home a few years ago when the market was at it's worst. He continues to stay in touch and keeps me abreast of the real estate market. My wife and I have moved 32 times in the professional world. We started looking for a larger home in San Luis Obispo two years ago. We drove by a home with a Hal's For Sale sign and thought it was interesting so called the number. We talked with Lindsey Harn and she showed us the house. Bottom line, it was not what we wanted, but she worked with us for two years to find a home.
