I've bought and sold seven properties in SLO County where I've lived for the past 50 years...never has selling one property and buying another been so easy! Hal and his team are amazing -- they answer your calls expeditiously, are very knowledgable in their area, and can line you up with whatever else you need - mortgage brokers, contractors for repairs, etc. I highly recommend them as realtors for anyone looking!

I not only find Hal a pleasure to deal with, but he surrounds himself with capable,professional people, particularly real estate agent Lindsey Harn. I have both bought and sold homes with Hal and Lindsey's assistance. It has been a pleasure to deal with Hal and his team.

Hal and his team did an outstanding job in listing, fixing things in the homes, communication was prompt, Hal's associates are very kind and he and them are very attentive to our needs, we had multiple offers on our homes, and Hal guided us in accepting the best offer. Over asking price:) These homes were rentals and I live 6 hrs away. We had our house in SLO listed with another realtor for several months, no sale. After we switched to Hal and his efficient team, BAM! It sold quickly for the price we wanted (actually a bit more!). I would highly recommend Hal, Vicki, et al.

My experience with Hal Sweasey & his team was truly amazing! Never had any experience selling a home I felt really alone and inadequate! Hal Sweasey and Team did an outstanding job in facilitating the sale of our condo earlier this year. We were selling our condo "remotely" and Hal and his team provided excellent service with no disruption to our busy schedules. Hal is one of the best and most personable Realtors I know. He is professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of Real Estate. He helped me sell a home a few years ago when the market was at it's worst. He continues to stay in touch and keeps me abreast of the real estate market.
