Hal and his team made the selling of my parent's house easy during a very stressful time. He handled all of the details of selling the house so that I could concentrate on dealing with my parent's estate. He worked around my schedule since I live out of the area and was always quick to respond with answers to any questions or concerns. I've bought and sold seven properties in SLO County where I've lived for the past 50 years...never has selling one property and buying another been so easy! Hal and his team are amazing -- they answer your calls expeditiously, are very knowledgable in their area, and can line you up with whatever else you need - mortgage brokers, contractors for repairs, etc. I highly recommend them as realtors for anyone looking!
