The Sweasey Team was fantastic to work with! The negotiations, contractual work, escrow timeline and closing were seamless. I would strongly recommend Hal and Lindsey as a buyer representative. Hal managed the sale of my deceased aunt's house. He managed a very quick and easy sale which made things very easy for me as Trustee of her Estate. He kept me informed every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions I had. I would not hesitate to call Hal if I am ever in a position to buy or sell property in the future, or just find out what options are available.
