When we started looking for a home on the Central Coast we choose to work with Hal. It was an excellent decision. Hal and his staff have excellent knowledge of the market and what is available on Central Coast. They did a fantastic job and where very patient as we looked and looked until we found the right home. Hal was very knowledgeable, helpful, and always gave a very prompt response. A big 5 stars!

Hal was super responsive and professional when purchasing our our first home. He was incredibly patient as we wrote offer after offer. I think we viewed every house on the market in our desired neighborhood. In the end, he made sure we bought the perfect home for our family. Hal Sweasey and his team were amazing to work with. Hal was incredibly sharp in his knowledge of the housing market. He was wise in his strategy for listing our house so that we got above and beyond our asking price within a few days of listing our home. Working with Hal’s team, Lindsey in particular, was and has been wonderful. I was the first to purchase a home, from there my brother and sister-in-law have used Lindsey for their purchase and she’s been referred to friends and family ever since.
