I highly recommend Hal Sweasey's team. They are very knowledgeable and as a first time home buyer they were very patient and answered all of my questions. You can tell they have experience because they made the process go very smoothly. Highly professional. Lindsey are realtor was always on time, seemed very knowledgeable, and got our house after our first bid. I love my house and if I ever need to buy another house or sell. I would definitely work with them again.

I've bought and sold seven properties in SLO County where I've lived for the past 50 years...never has selling one property and buying another been so easy! Hal and his team are amazing -- they answer your calls expeditiously, are very knowledgable in their area, and can line you up with whatever else you need - mortgage brokers, contractors for repairs, etc. I highly recommend them as realtors for anyone looking!
