Jimmy and his team were incredible to work with! As first time home buyers, we didn't know the process or a lot of the information needed in buying a home. He was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. We are so thankful that we had him by our side when buying our home. Team Vann was very helpful through the entire process of buying my first home. From pre-approval to closing, I received many updates on the process and information on what to expect in the coming weeks. They really made it easy to secure the home I wanted especially since I was buying from out of state. I could not imagine doing this without Team Vann!

Jimmy Vann and his team were exceptional. I shopped around for a mortgage with multiple different groups, when I talked with Jimmy it was a completely different experience. The level of detail, the care for me as a person, and responsiveness was above and beyond any other group I was talking with. Jimmy was friendly and happy to walk me through each and every question I had as a first-time home buyer. What I was expecting to be an intimidating process instead became an extremely smooth and positive one.

This was the first time we worked with Jimmy and his team and they set the bar! From the first meeting to go over all the information about the loan we were looking for all the way down to the level of communication through the entire process. I purchased my condo in late 2015 with Caliber & Team Vann, and it was super easy then. When I chose to refinance this year, Jimmy, Andrea & the team took care of everything just as easy peasy. They're incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, & were right on top of things. Would recommend Team Vann to anyone looking for help navigating the (seriously crazy) Seattle housing market.

I worked with Jimmy and Team Vann through the beginning of this year to purchase my home. I had been warned by friends that I'd have to stay on top of my lender to make sure everything got done in a timely fashion, and that all the communication between lender and seller's agent and my agent would be complete.
